Avila VA began in 2015 with one clear goal: to create genuine job opportunities for talented individuals throughout Latin America.

Many qualified undergraduates and professionals were eager to work, but the local job market lacked options. Meanwhile, businesses in the U.S. and Europe needed skilled support at a sustainable cost.

We recognized an opportunity to help both.

Latin America is rich with well-educated professionals from top universities across the region. We saw the potential to deliver remote staffing solutions that would benefit global companies and empower local professionals with long-term remote work.

From Software to Virtual Staffing

Our first steps were in software development and digital marketing. But by 2019, we discovered a fast-growing need for skilled virtual assistants.

In March of that year, we transitioned into a professional virtual staffing agency and began offering full virtual assistant services to the public. Since then, we’ve built a reliable, growing team that supports clients across the U.S., Europe, and Australia.

Our pricing structure is based on role complexity, weekly hours, and long-term collaboration. As assistants grow into their roles and contribute more value, pricing is adjusted gradually to reflect that growth.

Example Pricing Tiers:

• Month 1: Onboarding and training

• Months 2–6: Initial rate + $1/hr

• After 6 months: Initial rate + $2/hr
