Yes. We encourage video interviews so you can evaluate communication, experience, and working style before choosing your virtual assistant.
Can I request more profiles?
Yes. If the first group is not the right fit, tell us what is missing and we will refine the search.
Are there hidden fees?
No. We provide a clear cost breakdown before you move forward, including the services and support covered by your plan.
