Selected weekly task hours are multiplied by 52/12 for a monthly average and by 52 for a full year. Dividing annual hours by 40 expresses the same workload in 40-hour workweeks. The examples are editable planning inputs, not observed client results. A task may require training, review, specialized experience or authority that must be agreed before delegation.
